Uncertainty Bands

To generate the uncertainty bands, you first need to calculate the DVHs. Please work through the Documentation on "Calculate DVH" first.

Step to generate the uncertainty bands:

1. Fill out the uncertainty values of the source tracking device used during treatment. 

2. Fill out the number of iterations you would like to use for generating the uncertainty bands. 

3. Press the button "Show Bands".

Once the simulation for calculating the uncertainty bands is completed, the "Progress Bands" bar will be 100% and the uncertainty bands will be shown in the plot (grey shaded area around the DVH).

If you would like to visualise the uncertainty distributions of all three dimensions (X, Y, and Z) and time (T), you can press the "Show Distributions" button.
