This section briefly describes the interface whilst subpages have further instructions regarding specific features.
AMIGOpy Main Interface - Note that while the main structure will remain consistent, more recent versions may include icons that were not present in earlier releases due to the software undergoing constant modifications during this initial phase. However, these changes will not impact the usability of the software.
Menu (Items and Icons): Includes functions for loading, exporting, and adjusting window levels and colour maps.
Data Tree: Displays all data loaded into memory, grouped by type (e.g., DICOM and NIfTI) to allow users to easily switch between them.
Modules: AMIGOpy will feature a variety of modules (e.g., visualization, processing, DECT, etc.) each with a unique interface setup. These can be accessed via this tab.
Active Layer Selection: Used for overlaying images. Sliding bars are available to adjust transparency levels.
Additional Features Tab: The visualization model includes multiple resources (e.g., histogram visualization) that are organized into tabs for easy access.
Visualization Feature Example: Demonstrates a histogram feature displaying HU values from the current image.
