Calcute Dose with TG-43

Steps to calculate dose for DVH calculations: 

1. Load DICOM data. 

(or use Ctrl + D)

2.  Ensure you have loaded CT and RTPLAN for the patient. Structures (RTSTRUCT) need to be present as well for creation of masks. 

See the documentation of  " Create mask" for further information after calculating the dose.

3. Select the plan under RTPLAN you would like to use for dose calculation.  And click "Plan"  --> "Brachy" --> "Plan" in the top menu.

4. Your plan is now loaded into AMIGO and should look similar to the following screen:

5. Click on the button "Calculate TG43 Dose" on the right side. 

6. Once the dose will be calculated it will appear in the left side panel underneath "RTDOSE" as "TG43_AMIGOpy_Series..."
